Super clean and helpful staff!
I stayed here for 2 nights and was so impressed by how clean it was! Staff were super nice, especially Gregory at the front desk—he really went outta his way to help me out. So keep that in mind if you're traveling with a pet.

Great staff made it worthwhile!
So I stayed here for 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised. The staff, especially Sandra and Koi, really went out of their way to help me. Koi got me a taxi when none were available. The place was clean and comfy. One bummer was the noise from the airport, but overall, the stay was solid. The breakfast options were decent too!

would love to go back
The Deluxe Studio was neat and roomy, featuring a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove. It had all the essentials like a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and an alarm clock. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated the air conditioning for those warmer days. Wireless internet was reliable, making my stay more enjoyable.

great access to parks and waterfront attractions in alameda
I enjoyed my time here, especially because the views at Shoreline Park and the Marina Park were beautiful and just a short walk away, making my city strolls even more enjoyable. it's always nice when you're close to such green spaces. While the hotel does have a kitchenette in each room, which is a great feature for those planning longer stays, I found that it would benefit from offering a bit more in terms of kitchen supplies.

The extended stay hotel had a clean, spacious room with useful kitchen appliances. However, the unreliable Wi-Fi and lack of utensils were disappointing. Management seemed overwhelmed, contributing to some service delays. Overall, a decent option, but I’d prioritize better support next time.

Comfortable Stay with a Home-Like Atmosphere
I found the room to be clean and spacious, equipped with a fully stocked kitchen that made my stay feel like home. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which truly added to my overall experience. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and I would have appreciated more variety.

The room was clean and spacious. It had a kitchenette with a full oven, microwave, and fridge, making it feel like home. There was also a flat-screen TV, desk, and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom was decent, but the shower curtain had some mold. Location was good for airport access, but noise was an issue.

We had a great time visiting Oakland, exploring the restored theaters made me feel like I was in a classic movie. The spacious room was perfect for our family, including older children, giving us room to relax after our busy days.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could really benefit from having a family lounge area where kids can play safely while parents unwind. It would make our stay much more enjoyable.

The space in our room was great, making it feel cozy. We loved having the little kitchen setup, super convenient! The pet-friendly policies allowed us to bring our furry friend along, which was awesome. Also, the outdoor area was perfect for letting our dog stretch out and play a bit. Overall, a solid experience, especially being mid-stay!
Felt very homey, no reason to complain.

The friendly staff made the check-in process pleasant, and the location was incredibly convenient. However, the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen area was disappointing, as it was missing essential items like dishes and coffee, which are expected in a kitchen suite. Additionally, the bathroom towel holder was falling off the wall, and the grab-and-go breakfast area was completely empty when I left in the morning.
